For dissertations and theses held by Rod Library:

Search UNI ScholarWorks for electronic versions of some works completed at UNI.

Search by author or title in OneSearch. Print UNI dissertations and theses are found on the fourth/top floor of the Rod Library at call numbers UNI Stacks LD2585 - LD2585.3, with additional archival copies preserved in the UNI Special Collections.

For non-UNI dissertations and theses:

There are several relevant databases that include dissertation/thesis citations, both multidisciplinary and subject-specific:
http://guides.lib.uni.edu/az.php?q=dissertations

Coverage may include full downloadable versions, citation only, preview, or other level of access depending on the database. Some full dissertations and theses not held by Rod Library may be available through Interlibrary Loan.

For abstracts of older dissertations not included in the databases:

Consult the following print books:

 (1963-1988)
American doctoral dissertations
UNI Stacks Z 5055 .U49D7

 (1955-1963)
Index to American doctoral dissertations
UNI Stacks Z 5055 .U49D7

 (1933-1955):
Doctoral dissertations accepted by American universities
UNI Reference Z 5055 .U49D6

See the link below for information about finding open access (free online) dissertations and theses.
