Yes,  Rod Library has access to articles from the New York Times, in a few different locations and formats.

The New York Times: ProQuest Historical Newspapers contains New York Times Articles from 1851-2012. (The latest few years are not available through this subscription.)

Online access to newer articles not covered by the above version of the New York Times may be available through other databases such as LexisNexis Academic, which contains selected New York Times articles from 1980 to the present.

Some New York Times articles may be available for no charge from the newspaper's own web site.

Rod Library also subscribes to a print and microfilm versions of the New York Times. The lastest print issue is kept at the Book Bistro, with earlier print issues in the Microforms area until microfilm is received.

The New York Times: ProQuest Historical Newspapers and LexisNexis Academic also can be accessed by selecting the Research Databases A-Z heading in the upper middle portion of the Rod Library home page.
