Licensed library resources are available through remote (off campus) access by currently enrolled students, and by faculty and staff of UNI.  The CatID login is used for access these resources.

The library does provide links to some databases and other sources that are freely available and can be used by non-affiliated users.  These include Google Scholar and several others.  The library catalog, UNISTAR, is also freely available to search from off campus.  The OneSearch! system can also be searched by guests from off campus, but a CatID login is required for bringing up the full text or more detail on many specific items located through this search.
